Honduras climbed from "commodity coffee" to respected specialty in the last 15 years. Modern processing stations and growing focus on quality changed how the world perceives Honduran coffee. Siguatepeque (Comayagua) is one of the elevated regions producing washed coffees with balanced profiles, citrus and milk chocolate.
