India is one of the few countries where coffee traditionally grows shade-grown. Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu are the main regions. The Indian profile is unique — dense body, moderate acidity, spicy notes. Monsoon Malabar is a one-of-a-kind processing method — coffees are exposed to wind and moisture for 12-16 weeks.
