Papua New Guinea (PNG) produces specialty coffees with a unique profile — dense body, deep sweetness, tropical fruit notes. The central Highlands (Western Highlands, Eastern Highlands, Simbu) have high altitudes and volcanic soils. Small cooperatives (5-10 farms) are common — farmers process the coffee by hand.
