Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer — predominantly Robusta. The industry exploded after 1986 (Doi Moi). In recent years, mountainous regions (Da Lat, Son La) have begun producing specialty Arabica with an interesting profile. Cà Phê Sua style is traditional.
