Yemen is where the global coffee trade began — the port of Mocha (Al Mokha) gave its name to the iconic chocolate-coffee blend. Yemeni coffees are rare, very expensive, with a unique profile — dense body, ripe fruit, chocolate and wine notes. Natural (dry) processing is traditional.
