Brazil produces 35-40% of the world's coffee — more than the next 4 countries combined. Beyond commercial Arabica, Brazil produces increasing volumes of specialty coffee with sweet, balanced profiles — caramel, nuts, milk chocolate. Carmo de Minas (Minas Gerais) is one of the iconic regions for specialty.
